Through Drip Irrigation BD Ltd. (DIBL) and our field extension work across Bangladesh, we have designed and commissioned commercial micro-irrigation networks—spanning online button-dripper systems for perennial fruit orchards (malta, citrus, mango, dragon fruit, guava) and overhead/micro-sprinkler arrays for open-field vegetables, tea estates, and nurseries.

1. Commercial Malta Orchard Drip Irrigation Setup at Kasba, Brahmanbaria

In the field deployment video above (8fKOQrkKH-k), we engineered a complete root-zone drip irrigation network for a commercial BARI Malta-1 citrus orchard in Kasba Upazila, Brahmanbaria District:

• Ring-Basin Online Dripper Configuration: Installing adjustable 4–8 LPH pressure-compensating online button drippers around the active fibrous root zone of each malta tree to prevent collar rot while maintaining optimal soil moisture during dry winter and pre-monsoon flowering stages.
• Mainline, Sub-Mainline & Disc Filtration: Buried PVC mainline headers feeding UV-resistant LLDPE lateral lines with centralized disc filtration and Venturi fertilizer injection.
• Overhead & Micro-Sprinkler Irrigation Demonstrations: Alongside orchard drip systems, our field videos (Cqp0eLDyK40 and 4kcngtFFvME) showcase high-uniformity impact and micro-sprinkler installations for foliar cooling, seedbed germination, and leafy vegetable production across Bangladesh.
