Event Focus: Drip Irrigation, Sprinkler Irrigation, Fogging Irrigation, and 4IR Automation (ড্রিপ ইরিগেশন, স্প্রিঙ্কলার ইরিগেশন, ফগিং ইরিগেশন এবং 4IR অটোমেশন)

Precision water and humidity management is the backbone of protected cultivation. In this engineering initiative, we integrated three complementary micro-irrigation modalities—Drip Irrigation, Micro-Sprinkler Irrigation, and High-Pressure Evaporative Fogging—under a unified Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) sensor-and-solenoid automation architecture.

Automated Drip & Multi-Line Fertigation Manifold

Micro-Sprinkler & Protected Bed Irrigation
Micro-Sprinkler & Protected Bed Irrigation Uniform overhead micro-sprinkler coverage for nursery plug trays and dense leafy greens.
4IR Sensor & Actuator Integration
4IR Sensor & Actuator Integration Linking ambient temperature, relative humidity, and substrate moisture telemetry to real-time irrigation relays.

Three-Tier Micro-Irrigation Architecture

  • Precision Drip Fertigation: Delivers exact volumetric pulses of water and dissolved nutrients directly to each plant’s active root zone, eliminating runoff and weed proliferation.
  • Overhead Micro-Sprinkler Systems: Provides gentle, uniform droplet distribution for seedbed germination, turf/nursery beds, and foliar microclimate moderation.
  • 4IR Automated Fogging: Triggered automatically when canopy temperature exceeds threshold setpoints or relative humidity drops too low, atomizing ultra-fine water droplets that flash-evaporate to cool the greenhouse without drenching foliage.
